Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return, and 15 more days after that to return it to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

It is the sole discretion of PunkRods Performance Parts to determine if an item has been used or not. Used items are not eligible for refund.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns not deemed damaged or faulty, may be returned for refund of the item cost only (exc. shipping and customs fees) minus a 10% restocking fee. This covers repackaging, warehouse fees and our team time.

Shipping costs for all returns is the sole responsibility of the customer and are non refundable. 

 You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 20 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.

A full credit for the outbound shipping and product value only will be issued, once the original item has been received. 



Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, special and/or custom designed products.


Cancellation

Cancellation of an order prior to shipment is still subject to a 5% processing fee of the original amount the value of the order.


Uncollected/ returned parcels

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or courier handling fees may apply. These are set by your country's customs authority and are the customers responsibility.

If a parcel Is returned to us because it was not collected or import fees were unpaid, we will refund the product value minus shipping and any return customs fee that may have been incurred and a 5% reprocessing fee to cover the time and costs of handling returns.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

None of these affect your statutory rights.
